Address* should contain the full address of the property. If a condo with its own unit number, be sure to include the name and address of the condo complex.

Owner* is
the name of the owner. It could be a company or an individual's name. It
will appear on the web page.

should be enticing. This is what sells your property and it should include
special amenities (e.g. shaded patio with wet bar overlooking pool), and
conveniences (e.g. 3 miles from international airport, just steps to public
beach, deep water association dock, 1/2 mile to large mall with internationally
known shops, etc).

rooms* is important since most renters like to know this
information.

Email address* should be supplied so interested parties may contact you quickly and directly. It must be supplied at the very least so we can contact you quickly if we have any questions. If you want your email address to appear on the listing, indicate Yes (default choice) on the next line of the form. If you prefer to use a telephone number for contacts, make sure you supply the telephone number at the bottom of the form. Fax may also be used if you wish, but must be explicitly supplied at the bottom of the form.
If your email address is used on your property's web page it will appear
as a link that may be clicked with the mouse. If a viewer clicks on the link,
it will automatically open the viewer's email program so they may contact
you directly.

Rates* may vary with your locale's definition of seasons. You need to enter these explicitly, one rate per line. For example:
April - September: $1,600 per week, $6,000 per month
October - March: $800 per week, $3,000 per month
Be explicit about rates which vary by period of the year. Use dates even though the custom in your area might be generic descriptions such as "high season", "low season", etc. You can add these if you wish, but most people will want to see explicit rate information including dates if they vary with date. For example:
High season, May 30 - September 5: $1,500 per week
Low season, September 6 through May 29: $900 per week
Rentals begin and end on Saturday at noon.

Availability Information* should list when the rental is available. This could apply to the season in general (when first listing), or it could be current availability if you already have unavailable dates blocked.

Picture Count is the number of pictures you would like to submit for use on your web page. The first picture is included in the base charge, additional pictures are $10 each (for the 2 year listing period).

Picture Captions should be brief but descriptive for each picture. The caption will be placed below each picture. Generally the first picture, which should be an overall view of the property, does not need a caption since the Title line usually suffices. A caption could be provided if there something else that needs to be pointed out about the picture.

Owner contact information* should contain your name (or a company name if the agent for the property), and your complete mailing address. It will be used by us for contacting you concerning the web page, billing, etc. It will not appear on your web page unless you indicate that you want it there. It may also optionally include a phone number and/or a fax number.
There are Yes/No buttons that must be clicked "Yes" if you wish your mailing address or telephone/fax numbers to appear on the web listing. The default for these is No.
You must indicate on the form if you wish to have your email address listed
for contact on the web page. If you indicate that you prefer not to use email
for contacts by interested parties, you must supply either a telephone or
fax number in this section.
